FAQ

Delivery, returns, sizing, making times. Anything else — reply to any email and a human (the founder, realistically) answers.

How long until it arrives?

Nothing is held in stock, so nothing goes out the same day. Your piece is made for you first — usually two to five working days — then posted from Europe.

Tees and layers land in three to ten working days, the printed activewear in seven to fourteen, hats in four to twenty-five. Every product page says which applies to that piece, and you get tracking the moment it leaves.

Why is nothing ever out of stock?

Because we do not hold any. Your piece is made after you order it, in Europe, then posted. That means every size and every colourway is always available — and it means we cannot post the same afternoon. Allow a few days for making, then three to ten working days in the post.

What does delivery cost?

£3.95 — free over £75. Same price to every UK postcode: London, the Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, all of it.

Nothing is held in stock, so nothing ships the same day. Your piece is made first — usually two to five working days — and then posted. Tees and layers take three to ten working days in the post, the printed activewear seven to fourteen, and hats can take longer. The time is on every product page before you buy.

What's your returns policy?

14 days to change your mind from the day your order arrives, then 14 more to post it back. Keep tags on and try things on as you would in a fitting room — if something comes back worn or damaged we can reduce the refund (bras: keep the hygiene liner in place). Return postage is yours; use any tracked service. Refunds — including our standard delivery charge when you return the whole order — land within 14 days of the parcel reaching us or your proof of postage.

Faulty item? That's on us, always — postage included, replacement or refund, your choice.

Wrong size? Swaps jump the restock queue — see the size guide first though; it's honest.

How does the range fit?

The Oversized Tee and Boxy Tee are cut big on purpose — size down for a regular fit. The hoodies, sweatshirt and track jacket are true to size. The printed activewear is close-fitting and can be tight through the body, so size up if you are between sizes. The size guide has per-style notes and real measurements.

Can anything sell out?

No. There is no run to sell through — every size and colourway is made when it is ordered. The only thing that ever changes is how long a piece takes to reach you.

What the list does decide is what gets added: new colours, new prints, new shapes. Tell us what is missing and it goes on the shortlist.

Where are WAYSHNER pieces made?

In Europe — the blanks come from named mills and makers, and the printing, embroidery and sewing happen in Latvia. Every product page lists the exact blank and its fabric weight, because that is the number most brands leave out. See the standard.

Do you do men's?

Yes. The range is women-first by weight — twelve of the seventeen garments are cut for women — but the hoodies, sweatshirt, track jacket and the two heavier tees are unisex and sized S to 3XL. The accessories fit anyone.

Do you ship outside the UK?

UK only for now, done properly — one price to every postcode, tracked. Europe follows once the UK side is running smoothly, with duties settled at checkout so nothing is charged at your door.

How do I get in touch?
